PEZ-Kult.de (acting through Uwe Sauerland) organizes collectors' meetings that are basically open to everyone.

1.1 Scope
The regulations apply to all PEZ-Kult.de events.

1.2 Announcement of the events
The events are published on the PEZ-Kult.de homepage.
Separate announcements will also be made on Facebook or by email.

1.3 Registrations
The registration of the participants takes place via PEZ-Kult.de.

1.4 Participation fee
A participation fee is charged for the events, which is to be paid by the participant.

1.5 Content of the events
The program of the events is designed by PEZ-Kult.de independently according to the previous announcements and event descriptions. The right to change and update the content is reserved.

1.6 Arrival and departure
The journey to and from the events is not part of the content and is at your own risk.

1.7 Data protection
By registering for an event, participants give their consent to the storage and processing of their data. Both are primarily carried out by PEZ-Kult.de in compliance with the EU GDPR and the BDSG (new). External processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR are excluded.
The participant data is stored for billing and processing purposes in the form of name, address, telephone number and email address.
The data collected are also used for the purpose of providing information about other offers from PEZ-Kult.de, in particular in the form of electronic mailings. The participant has the opportunity to object to this use and will then be removed from the corresponding mailing lists. All other rights according to Chapter 3 of the EU GDPR remain unaffected.

1.8 Disruptions in performance
In the event of service disruptions, PEZ-Kult.de is only liable if the damaging event is based on intent or gross negligence on the part of a legal representative or vicarious agent of PEZ-Kult.de. PEZ-Kult.de is entitled to cancel an event if there is not enough participation. Participation fees that have already been paid will then be reimbursed in full. A claim for damages is excluded.
